Overview

Express Master Brokers, Inc. offers same day delivery of envelopes, packages, medical specimens, and supplies throughout Southern California, including the counties of Riverside, San Bernardino, Orange, Los Angeles, San Diego, and Ventura.

We also offer solutions to your warehousing needs: storage, retail supply, legal and medical document storage and on call delivery.

Express Master Brokers, Inc. offers a variety of time based service options. On average you can expect a one-way delivery to be completed within the time estimates (barring any severe traffic or weather problems) outlined on our delivery time chart.

SuperRush Deliveries
For SuperRush service, please give us your deadline time. If your deadline cannot be made for any reason, one of our trained representatives will call you to let you know how much more time will be needed.

Complete Delivery Instructions

All deliveries should include:

• the full address of the sender and recipient, including the room, suite, and/or department
• the contact name at the pick-up location
• the contact name or department at the drop-off location
• any reference you’d like included on the order for tracking purposes (e.g., escrow number, file number, parcel number, patient name)

After Hours Service
Express Master Brokers can be reached 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Our normal business hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. There are additional charges for any orders that are called in to be completed after normal business hours, on weekends, and on holidays.

Service Types & Rates

ASAP
Our most widely and frequently used order type for time-sensitive documents and packages. ASAP orders will be picked up and delivered as soon as possible within the time frames outlined in our delivery time chart.

Regular
For those orders in which time is important but not as urgent. In general, 2 additional hours should be allowed on top of the time frames outlined in our delivery time chart.

Economy
For those orders in which time is more of a luxury. Economy orders are fit into our regular delivery schedules. In general, 4 additional hours should be allowed on top of the time frames outlined in our delivery time chart.

SuperRush
Our most time-sensitive service. A SuperRush order is picked up as quickly as possible and delivered nonstop to its destination. For SuperRush service, please give us your deadline time. If your deadline cannot be made for any reason, one of our trained representatives will call you to let you know how much more time will be needed.

Additional Charges

Gas Surcharge
We are not currently charging any gas surcharge. This is subject to change following a written notification to all customers.

Wait Time
The first 10 minutes of wait time are FREE. After 10 minutes, a $.50 per minute charge will be added to the cost of the order, retroactive to the time the initial attempt at pickup was made.
(i.e., 10 minute wait = no charge, 16 minute wait = $8.00 charge)

Weight & Multiple Boxes
There is no charge for packages under 20 lbs. However, additional charges will be incurred for boxes over 20 lbs or for multiple boxes, even if they are each under 20 lbs.
(ex. a pickup of 5 boxes each weighing 10 pounds will incur a charge of $5 per additional box)

Weekends & Holidays
There are additional charges for orders called in after hours that need to be completed outside of normal business hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday), including weekends and holidays.

Bad Address
A bad address charge of $10 or $15 (depending on pick-up and drop-off locations) will be incurred when an incorrect address is supplied by the customer to one of our trained representatives.
